Services:

Payment: To book an appointment, clients must choose to either pay in full upfront before officially securing their session or pay in full before receiving their final product. If you opt not to pay in full before your session, your card information will be securely kept on file and charged for the full amount once the final product has been delivered. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment information is confirmed.

Late fee: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $30 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment without a heads-up 30 minutes before, your session will be canceled and marked as a “NO-SHOW,” and you will not be refunded. NO-SHOWS will be automatically charged in full.

Cancellation: If you want to cancel your appointment, the shortest notice you can give is an hour's notice. If you wish to cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, you will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 24 hours before your appointment qualify for a 70% refund, and cancellations up to an hour before qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than an hour before the appointment, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

Product:

Resell: Clients are not permitted to resell the photos provided to them under any circumstances. However, you are more than welcome to share the images with anyone you choose.

Refund: All photos are nonrefundable. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your final images, I’m happy to make minor adjustments to ensure you’re happy with the final product. Additional edits may require an extra fee, depending on the scope of changes requested. Your feedback is always welcome, and you’ll have the choice to leave a review and decide whether your photos are published on my website or remain private.

Receiving product: I will deliver your sample photos within three days of your session, so you can review my work and provide feedback. Your final images will be completed and delivered within one week of your session. If I fail to provide you with your final product within that timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
